After working in the HR technology space for 15 years in a variety of leadership roles, Somer saw a need - and had a desire to provide - personalized services to small and medium sized businesses. Thus, Somer founded WMC partners as a boutique consultancy where listening + relationships would be the linchpin to success. With a firm belief that we are always learning, Somer leverages her legal background, HR experience, operations expertise and business acumen to guide clients to success.
