Somer V. Jefferiss is the founder and of WMC Partners. After working in the HR technology space for in a variety of leadership roles, Somer saw a need - and had a desire to provide - personalized services to small and medium sized businesses.

Somer founded WMC partners as a boutique consultancy where listening + relationships would be the linchpin to success. With a firm belief that we are always learning, Somer leverages her legal background, HR experience, customer success focus, operations expertise and business acumen to guide clients to success.

Somer lives in the NY/ NJ areas and has 3 sons.

Brad is a Director of Customer Success at a global software company and enjoys partnering with clients to understand the definition of success and drive those objectives.

Brad lives in Wisconsin and has 2 sons.

Eric is a strategic technology executive with over 20 years of experience driving transformational growth in cybersecurity and enterprise software. He is an expert at advancing GTM strategy and C-level engagements and implementing innovative customer techniques to accelerate revenue growth. Eric held roles as CEO and CRO at Fidelis Security while acting as M&A Advisor to PartnerOne PE's cybersecurity group. He’s has held numerous roles leading Go-to-Market Strategy and growth initiatives. Under his leadership, growth has exceeded $100MM and he has led massive operational transformations to position companies for investment and IPO.

Eric and his wife have 4 children and live in the DMV.
